MnDOT District 1 Bicycle Plan

In 2017, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) contracted with the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission (ARDC) to help develop a district-wide bicycle plan. This document will help guide the development of bicycle infrastructure in Northeast Minnesota.

ARDC is a multi-disciplined planning and development organization serving the northeast Minnesota counties of Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis.
