City of Orr Comprehensive Plan Update

In 2017, the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission (ARDC) started work with the City of Orr to update its comprehensive plan. This document will help guide future land use decisions in Orr.

ARDC is a multi-disciplined planning and development organization serving the northeast Minnesota counties of Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis.
