(Duluth, MN)- The Fond du Lac Planning Department will hold a public review meeting for the Fond du Lac Reservation Long-Range Transportation Plan Update on Thursday, December 8th, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the Fond du Lac Tribal Center Community Classroom (1720 Big Lake Road, Cloquet, MN 55720). The meeting will summarize the contents of the draft Plan and offer an opportunity for the public to share comments and request revisions prior to recommendation for plan adoption by the Tribal Council. The goal of the Plan is to outline improvements needed for roads, transit systems, and trails in Fond du Lac Reservation; by being listed in the Plan, improvement projects will have a better chance to leverage funding and be completed in the future.
The draft plan will also be available for review at the Tribal Center and on the project’s website (listed below) for one week following the public review meeting, and feedback will continue to be received at this time. For more information or to provide feedback, visit www.arrowheadplanning.org/fdltransportation or contact Jarrett Valdez, ARDC Associate Planner, by phone at 218-529-7513 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
